Eligibility: All incoming freshmen are academically eligible for 2025-2026 fall and winter sports. Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors must have passed 5 subjects the previous semester. Spring sports eligibility for all grades are based on the January semester grades. The first page of the VHSL form has information regarding additional individual eligibility rules and must be signed. It must be recorded on the VHSL form. Athletes must have a physical form filled out prior to trying out. Physical forms will last for 14 months. The physical form is valid for all three seasons. Providing false information will result in ineligibility for one year. Make a copy to keep your records before turning it in. The VHSL form is available at www.vhsl.org, or stallionnation.org.
